There are no time contracts with SponsoredLinX™, however whist SponsoredLinX™ are managing your Google AdWords account the following terms and conditions apply.
Your access to this website is subject to these terms and conditions, the SponsoredLinX™ Privacy Policy, notices, disclaimers and any other terms and conditions or other statements contained on this website (referred to collectively as "Terms and Conditions"). By using this website you agree to be subject to the Terms and Conditions.
SponsoredLinX™ will endeavour to set up your AdWords and/or Yahoo Marketing accounts ASAP, however in rare cases it can take up to 3-5 days to complete set up of your new account.
Signing up to SponsoredLinX™ will give permission to Access your Google AdWords Account for optimisation and management of your online business and website. Products and Services
SponsoredLinX™ reserves the right to stop managing your AdWords account at any time. At which time your SponsoredLinX™ weekly management fee will stop at the end of that week in question.
Management of your Google Adwords account will be charged from date of the sign up. Management will be charged on a post pay billing system. SponsoredLinX™ reserves the right to change this to prepay at any time. In which SponsoredLinX™ will provide adequate notice via email to all clients.
Not all products and services referred to on this website are provided by SponsoredLinX™.
SponsoredLinX™ reserve the right not set up your AdWords account. At which time you will receive a refund in full for the set up fee in question.
SponsoredLinX™ are certified by Google AdWords however It is to be understood that SponsoredLinX™ has no affiliation with Google AdWords, Google or Yahoo Marketing.
The set up fee is payable in full before the set up of your Google AdWords and/or your Yahoo Marketing accounts will begin.
SponsoredLinX™ will automatically debit your supplied credit card weekly for the weekly management fee unless you clearly state to your account manager that you do not wish for SponsoredLinX™ to manage your account weekly.

This website may contain references to other special offers or promotions by persons who are not part of the BJB Global group of companies, websites and businesses. Subject to any applicable law which cannot be excluded, SponsoredLinX™ makes no warranties or representations regarding the quality, accuracy, merchantability or fitness for purpose of the goods or services available from these persons. Your obtaining of goods or services from these persons is at your own risk. You indemnify each member of the SponsoredLinX™ and the BJB Global group of companies, websites and businesses against all liability, loss, damage, cost and expense arising from or relating to your obtaining goods or services from a third party referred to in this website.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SponsoredLinX™ will not be liable in any way for any loss or damage suffered by you through use or access to this website, or SponsoredLinX™s failure to provide this website. Our liability for negligence, breach of contract or contravention of any law as a result of our failure to provide this website or any part of it, or for any problems with this website, which cannot be lawfully excluded, is limited, at our option and to the maximum extent permitted by law, to resupplying this website or any part of it to you, or to paying for the resupply of this website or any part of it to you.
Unless otherwise stated to the contrary, SponsoredLinX™ and the BJB Global group of companies, websites and businesses cannot guarantee any particular rate or return or performance of any online advertising on Google AdWords, Yahoo Marketing or any other search engine, and will not be held responsible for actions or outcomes directly associated with the internet marketing or management of your Google AdWords account or Yahoo marketing account for your websites.
General conditions
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the law in force in the State of Queensland, Australia, and the parties irrevocably submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Queensland, Australia and courts of appeal from them for determining any dispute concerning the Terms and Conditions.
All payments on this website are processed in Australian dollars and are GST inclusive.
In the event of cancellation of our services, all payments up to the cancellation date will due.
Upon cancelling SponsoredLinX™ for management your AdWords or yahoo accounts your SponsoredLinX™ weekly management fee will stop, 2 weeks after notice has been received via written email to customerservice@sponsoredlinx.com from the account holder.
Upon cancelling SponsoredLinX™ all amounts owing to SponsoredLinX™ will need to be payed in full, any outstanding amounts will be due within 7 business days of cancellation.
SponsoredLinX™ reserves the right to use a debt collector at your expense if there are any unpaid invoices overdue by 60days.
These Terms and Condition can be modified at any time by SponsoredLinX™ and you agree to continue to be bound by these Terms and Conditions as modified. We will give you notice of these changes by publishing revised Terms and Conditions on this website - we will not separately notify you of these changes.
If the whole or any part of a provision of these Terms and Conditions are void, unenforceable or illegal in a jurisdiction it is severed for that jurisdiction. The remainder of the Terms and Conditions have full force and effect and the validity or enforceability of that provision in any other jurisdiction is not affected. This clause has no effect if the severance alters the basic nature of the Terms and Conditions or is contrary to public policy.
If more information is needed by you for the setup of your new or existing account, there will be a delay in setting up your account, SponsoredLinX™ will not be held responsible for the delay in this case.
After the setup of your new account has been done there is no refund for the setup fee.
There are no time contracts with SponsoredLinX™. If at any time you are unhappy with SponsoredLinX™ and the service SponsoredLinX™ provide, you can cancel SponsoredLinX™ managing your Google AdWords or yahoo accounts by calling or sending a cancelation email to info@sponsoredlinx.com.
Guaranteed first page results/position: We can only guarantee first page result/position if client managers advise on Google daily budget/cost per click is agreed to by you.

1 week free management: 1 week free management only applies to 1 week free trials as promoted on the home page of SponsoredLinX.com
24hr setup: Your account with SponsoredLinX will be active within 24 hours, however in some cases your Ads may take longer to activate online due to unforseen circumstances relating to your account. SponsoredLinX will not be held liable for this delay.
