I just wanted to pass on my thanks for today.
I also wanted to let you know how happy I am with the services and support from SponsoredLinX.
First and foremost - my account manager, I have to say he is awesome. He is always has the answers at the touch of a button and is very patient with us. He has helped me grow our business in a few months to something in the beginning we hoped for in a year or two's time. With out him I am sure I would be becoming very frustrated with some non-English speaking SEO company who promise the world and under deliver.
When I first approached sponsored links via an online website enquiry (I was running a call centre and managing the technicians for a national carpet cleaning company and Matthew was the training technician for the same company) I received a very prompt phone call from your company. At this stage we were looking at doing motivational seminars and corporate training workshops.
Anyway I got some information from him about your services and website design and SEO. Really... I had no idea. I told him I would think about it and he said he call me back in a week. Guess what he did just that.
I still wasn't ready not sure where to go from here so I gave him the fob off once or twice more ok quite a number of times more (lets just say most sales people would have given up).
Anyway he kept saying he would ring back and he did. Faultlessly. Then I said to him we are a few months away from making a decision at this stage not really sure what was happening with our other partners. He said "That's fine. I'll call back in 2 months" OH MY GOD HE DID!!! How ever this time I had given my notice in and Matthew and I had just decided to start our own pest control business.
Coming from a sales background myself I have to say hats off to your saleman for his persistence, as much as initially I was giving him the fob off, hoping he would just give up and not call back (this is most people trying to be polite) he always did call back when he said he would. There were no hard core pressure sales and it was his efficiency that got my business. Had he given up I probably would have gone elsewhere. He is certainly worth his wait in GOLD...
The other thing I feel I need to mention is that when I call though to your office and the girls at reception who answer the phone they are always so polite and friendly nothing is ever a problem. It is soooooooooo refreshing to hear a SMILE through the other end of the phone.
So many people these days take their jobs for granted and are simply rude, impolite and obnoxious on the other end of the phone, as though we are wasting their precious time and taking them away from there all more important office gossip.
So to you I say well done. Happy staff generally means a happy working environment.
My overall experience has been not just a good one but absolutely AWESOME!!!!
